目的
The 执行委员会 shall consider and make recommendations to the Board on the following matters: proposed University policies on matters not assigned to another committee; bargaining unit agreements; and personnel actions that pertain to any of the Vice 总统s or other personnel requested by the 总统 or Chairperson of the Board. The 执行委员会 shall also have responsibility for: orienting and mentoring new Board members; evaluating the performance of the 总统 and making a recommendation to the Board on the 总统的 compensation and benefits package. 执行委员会还应代表董事会就需要立即注意的问题采取行动/提出建议，并将这些行动报告董事会.
